Who we are
SubPilot is a subscription-tracking service. For any privacy question contact support@seobooost.shop.
Data we collect
We only collect what is needed to provide the service:
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password, language, time zone, optional phone number.
- Data you enter about the subscriptions you track: service names, amounts, currencies, dates and notes.
- Data about your own :app plan: plan, payment references you submit, optional receipts, verification status.
- Technical data: session cookies, IP address and timestamps for security, rate limiting and audit purposes.
What we never collect
We never ask for bank login credentials and never store card numbers. SubPilot does not connect to your bank.
How we use data
To display your dashboard, send the reminders you configured, verify payments for your SubPilot plan, secure the service and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Emails and WhatsApp
Reminder emails can be turned off in your notification settings. Our team may contact you on WhatsApp about your SubPilot plan only if you provided a phone number; messages are sent manually.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your tracked subscriptions, payment history, reminders and uploaded files are deleted. Records of payments made to SubPilot are kept without your identity where accounting rules require it.
Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted with HTTPS in production, uploaded receipts are stored privately and are only accessible to administrators, and privileged actions are logged.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to support@seobooost.shop.
