The service
SubPilot helps you record and track your subscriptions and expected payments. It is an organisation tool, not a bank, payment provider or financial adviser.
Your responsibility
Amounts and dates shown are based on the information you enter. Expected payments are estimates, not confirmed transactions. Always check your provider and your bank. SubPilot cannot cancel subscriptions with third-party providers.
Plans
The Free plan is permanent and limited to the number of active subscriptions shown on the pricing page. Premium is a paid plan for the period purchased. A free trial may be offered to new accounts; its length is shown on the pricing page and it ends automatically without charge.
Payments
Premium payments are verified manually. Premium is activated only after verification. A period purchased while Premium is still active starts when the current period ends.
When Premium ends
Your data is kept. If you have more active subscriptions than the Free plan allows, you will be asked to choose which stay active; the others are archived, not deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other accounts, bypass limits or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
